Okay, yeah, the second stage is glitchy. I click on the stick figure's head, and they're still standing, it take multiple hits to kill them, and then I suddenly die from getting hit out of nowhere, (behind cover?), then either the screen soft locks on a game over or the credits

Not bad, definitely a great simple premise. It can be a bit tricky towards the end with the two rules meaning at some points you can only play one of the two cards, but I beat the game first time so, if you remember the two rules you should be fine.

Sounds like the background music for the neon city stage of a platforming game

Sounds like hub world music for a 90's video game, I imagine this playing in Jet Set Radio and Station square in Sonic Adventure, an empty city with hardly any car, and tall, clean, light grey skyscrapers. The feeling of arriving in a large city for the first time.

Okay...I'll admit I've never heard of her or her game, but now I'll be doing some research.
