This was a good game, obviously you intend to add more at a later date, but what's here is a good pallet starter to how you want it to ultimately work. It would be a good idea to keep the ability to not lose for the first act so people get the hang of the mechanics. I'm not sure whether something will be done with the profiles other than a short blurb basically saying "This is them"

If you're looking for music suggestions, you might want to try WaterFlame's Luna fractals and Solar Fractals, as I think they may be a good fit.

You are right. The story was originally designed to be larger, but I had to compromise and end it at a point that makes sense. Like you said, this first act sets the foundation for the game mechanics, providing a safe, risk-free introduction, as intended.

Profiles and Discoveries are items with short descriptions that the player can use when prompted by the game. The full game will feature 10 profiles and 10 discoveries, creating a fairly challenging experience based on player choices. The game shows that some items can get updated as more info is gathered. I'm glad you mentioned this and I will keep it in mind moving forward! Also, I agree that soft techno music would be a pretty good fit.

Nice, everyone has drawn some amazing characters!

Now I know certain lore and parts of the character's finishing moves didn't make the final cut and the preview GIFs need to be a little more uniform, but that's just me nit-picking. Considering this got made at all, with the amount of stuff available going over the file size limit, this is obviously a colossal piece of work.

Well done to everyone who took part, and may your characters have fascinating adventures to come!

For a bullet hell game, there isn't half some lag to it, especially towards the end. The boss fights weren't hard because they were difficult, they were hard because you can genuinely move so slow you see it play out frame by frame.

Okay, yeah, the second stage is glitchy. I click on the stick figure's head, and they're still standing, it take multiple hits to kill them, and then I suddenly die from getting hit out of nowhere, (behind cover?), then either the screen soft locks on a game over or the credits

Finally, some criticism and feedback. I have noticed some soft-locking and some glitches, like having the shoot the stickman two more times even if his head is blown off. When I update this game I'll add some armor or something to indicate that he can detect you or his head has more protection. Thank you for having some feedback, I will try my best to fix this! :D

Not bad, definitely a great simple premise. It can be a bit tricky towards the end with the two rules meaning at some points you can only play one of the two cards, but I beat the game first time so, if you remember the two rules you should be fine.

Something short and sweet, (visually), got ending 3 on my first playthrough. The simplistic art style complements the unknown horror aspect of the game, an unique idea. Really fun to play.

17:47, thought for a moment that I needed to look at a walkthrough to do it, but this was my first time without using one, I'm proud of myself~!
